சதாகாலமும் கோபத்தை வைப்பாரோ? அதை என்றென்றைக்கும் காப்பாரோ என்கிறாய் அல்லவோ? இதோ, இப்படி நீ சொல்லியும் பொல்லாப்புகளைச்செய்து, மிஞ்சிப்போகிறாய் என்கிறார்.

‘தேவன் எப்பொழுதும் என்மீது கோபங்கொள்வதில்லை. தேவனுடைய கோபம் எப்பொழுதும் தொடராது’ என்றும் கூறுகிறாய். “யூதாவே, நீ அவற்றைக் கூறுகிறாய். ஆனால் நீ உன்னால் எவ்வளவு முடியுமோ அவ்வளவு தீமையைச் செய்கிறாய்.”
