இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய சேனைகளின் கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: நான் அவர்கள் சிறையிருப்பைத் திருப்பும்போது, அவர்கள்: நீதியின் வாசஸ்தலமே, பரிசுத்த பர்வதமே, கர்த்தர் உன்னை ஆசீர்வதிக்கக் கடவரென்கிற வார்த்தையை யூதாவின் தேசத்திலும் அதின் பட்டணங்களிலும் சொல்லுவார்கள்.

இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய சேனைகளின் கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: நான் அவர்கள் சிறையிருப்பைத் திருப்பும்போது, அவர்கள்: நீதியின் இருப்பிடமே, பரிசுத்த பர்வதமே, கர்த்தர் உன்னை ஆசீர்வதிக்கக்கடவரென்கிற வார்த்தையை யூதாவின் தேசத்திலும் அதின் பட்டணங்களிலும் சொல்லுவார்கள்.

சர்வ வல்லமையுள்ள இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் கூறுகிறதாவது: “நான் மீண்டும் யூதா ஜனங்களுக்கு நன்மை செய்வேன். சிறைக் கைதிகளாக எடுக்கப்பட்ட ஜனங்களை நான் திரும்பக் கொண்டு வருவேன். அந்த நேரத்தில், யூதா நாட்டிலும் நகரங்களிலுமுள்ள ஜனங்கள் மீண்டும் இவ்வார்த்தைகளைப் பயன்படுத்துவார்கள். ‘கர்த்தர் உன்னையும் வீட்டையும் பரிசுத்தமான மலையையும் ஆசீர்வதிக்கட்டும்.’”

⁽இஸ்ரயேலின் கடவுளாகிய␢ படைகளின் ஆண்டவர்␢ கூறுவது இதுவே;␢ அடிமைத்தனத்தினின்று அவர்களை␢ நான் திரும்பக் கொணரும் பொழுது,␢ ‘நீதியின் இருப்பிடமே,␢ தூய்மை மிகு மலையே!␢ ஆண்டவர் உனக்கு␢ ஆசி வழங்குவாராக!’␢ என்னும் வாழ்த்துரை␢ யூதா நாட்டிலும்␢ அதன் நகர்களிலும்␢ மீண்டும் எதிரொலிக்கும்.⁾

Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; As yet they shall use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity; The LORD bless thee, O habitation of justice, and mountain of holiness.
