யூதாவின் ராஜாவாகிய சிதேக்கியா கல்தேயருடைய கைக்குத் தப்பிப்போகாமல், பாபிலோன் ராஜாவின் கையில் நிச்சயமாக ஒப்புக்கொடுக்கப்படுவான்; அவன் வாய் இவன் வாயோடே பேசும் அவன் கண்கள் இவன் கண்களைக்காணும்.

யூதாவின் அரசனான சிதேக்கியா பாபிலோனியர்களின் படைகளிடமிருந்து தப்பிக்கமுடியாது. அவன் உறுதியாக பாபிலோன் அரசனிடம் கொடுக்கப்படுவான். சிதேக்கியா பாபிலோன் அரசனிடம் நேருக்கு நேர் பேசுவான். சிதேக்கியா அவனைத் தனது சொந்தக் கண்களால் காண்பான்.
