அவர் நாட்களில் யூதா இரட்சிக்கப்படும், இஸ்ரவேல் சுகமாய் வாசம்பண்ணும்; அவருக்கு இடும் நாமம் நமது நீதியாயிருக்கிற கர்த்தர் என்பதே.

இஸ்ரவேலோ கர்த்தராலே நித்திய இரட்சிப்பினால் இரட்சிக்கப்படுவான்; நீங்கள் என்றென்றைக்குமுள்ள சதாகாலங்களிலும் வெட்கப்படாமலும் கலங்காமலும் இருப்பீர்கள்.

அந்தப்படி, நீங்கள் அவராலே கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவுக்குட்பட்டிருக்கிறீர்கள். எழுதியிருக்கிறபடி, மேன்மைபாராட்டுகிறவன் கர்த்தரைக்குறித்தே மேன்மைபாராட்டத்தக்கதாக,

பூமியின் எல்லையெங்குமுள்ளவர்களே, என்னை நோக்கிப்பாருங்கள்; அப்பொழுது இரட்சிக்கப்படுவீர்கள்; நானே தேவன், வேறொருவரும் இல்லை.

கர்த்தரிடத்தில்மாத்திரம் நீதியும் வல்லமையுமுண்டென்று அவனவன் சொல்லி அவரிடத்தில் வந்து சேருவான்; அவருக்கு விரோதமாய் எரிச்சல்கொண்டிருக்கிற யாவரும் வெட்கப்படுவார்கள்.

இதோ, என் சினத்திலும், என் கோபத்திலும், என் மகா உக்கிரத்திலும், நான் அவர்களைத் துரத்தின எல்லாத் தேசங்களிலுமிருந்து அவர்களைச் சேர்த்துக்கொண்டு, அவர்களை இந்த ஸ்தலத்துக்குத் திரும்பிவரவும் இதிலே சுகமாய்த் தங்கியிருக்கவும் பண்ணுவேன்.

நாம் அவருக்குள் தேவனுடைய நீதியாகும்படிக்கு, பாவம் அறியாத அவரை நமக்காகப் பாவமாக்கினார்.

நான் கிறிஸ்துவை ஆதாயப்படுத்திக்கொள்ளும்படிக்கும், நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தினால் வருகிற சுயநீதியை உடையவனாயிராமல், கிறிஸ்துவைப் பற்றும் விசுவாசத்தினால் வருகிறதும் விசுவாசமூலமாய் தேவனால் உண்டாயிருக்கிறதுமான நீதியை உடையவனாயிருந்து, கிறிஸ்துவுக்குள் இருக்கிறேனென்று காணப்படும்படிக்கும்,

பென்யமீனைக்குறித்து: கர்த்தருக்குப் பிரியமானவன், அவரோடே சுகமாய்த் தங்கியிருப்பான்; அவனை எந்நாளும் அவர் காப்பாற்றி, அவன் எல்லைக்குள்ளே வாசமாயிருப்பார் என்றான்.

இஸ்ரவேல் சுகமாய்த் தனித்து வாசம்பண்ணுவான்; யாக்கோபின் ஊற்றானது தானியமும் திராட்சரசமுமுள்ள தேசத்திலே இருக்கும்; அவருடைய வானமும் பனியைப் பெய்யும்.

அவர்களுடைய சுற்றுப்புறத்தாரில் அவர்களை இகழ்ந்த அனைவரிலும் நான் நியாயத்தீர்ப்புகளைச் செய்யும்போது, அவர்கள் அதிலே சுகமாய்க் குடியிருந்து, வீடுகளைக் கட்டி திராட்சத்தோட்டங்களை நாட்டி, சுகமாய் வாழ்ந்து நான் தங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் என்று அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள் என்கிறார் என்று சொல் என்றார்.

நான் அவர்களோடு சமாதான உடன்படிக்கைசெய்து, துஷ்ட மிருகங்களȠதேசத்தில் இராதபடிக்கு ஒழியப்பண்ணுவேன்; அவர்கள் சுகமாய் வனாந்தரத்தில் தாபரித்து, காடுகளில் நித்திரைபண்ணுவார்கள்.

அநேக நாட்களுக்குப் பிற்பாடு நீ விசாரிக்கப்படுவாய்; பட்டயத்துக்கு நீங்கலாகி, பற்பல ஜனங்கலிருந்து சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வந்தவர்களின் தேசத்தில் கடைசி வருஷங்களிலே வருவாய்; நெடுநாள் பாழாய்க்கிடந்து, பிற்பாடு ஜாதிகளிலிருந்து கொண்டுவரப்பட்டவர்கள் எல்லாரும் சுகத்தோடே குடியிருக்கும் இஸ்ரவேலின் மலைகளுக்கு விரோதமாய் வருவாய்; அவர்கள் எல்லாரும் அஞ்சாமல் குடியிருக்கும்போது,

இந்தப்பிரகாரம் இஸ்ரவேலரெல்லாரும் இரட்சிக்கப்படுவார்கள். மீட்கிறவர் சீயோனிலிருந்து வந்து, அவபக்தியை யாக்கோபை விட்டு விலக்குவார் என்றும்;
