எகிப்து தேசத்திலே தங்கும்படிக்கு வரத் தங்கள் முகங்களைத் திருப்பின மீதியான யூதரை வாரிக்கொள்ளுவேன்; அவர்கள் அனைவரும் எகிப்துதேசத்திலே நிர்மூலமாவார்கள்; அவர்கள் சிறியவன்முதல் பெரியவன்வரைக்கும், பட்டயத்துக்கு இரையாகி, பஞ்சத்தாலும் நிர்மூலமாவார்கள்; அவர்கள் பட்டயத்தாலும் பஞ்சத்தாலும் செத்து, சாபமும் பாழும் பழிப்பும் நிந்தையுமாவார்கள்.

எகிப்துதேசத்தில் வந்து தங்குவதற்கு தங்கள் முகங்களைத் திருப்பின மீதியான யூதரை வாரிக்கொள்ளுவேன்; அவர்கள் அனைவரும் எகிப்துதேசத்தில் அழிவார்கள்; அவர்கள் சிறியவன்முதல் பெரியவன்வரைக்கும், பட்டயத்திற்கு இரையாகி, பஞ்சத்தாலும் நிர்மூலமாவார்கள்; அவர்கள் பட்டயத்தாலும் பஞ்சத்தாலும் இறந்து, சாபமும், பாழும் பழிப்பும், நிந்தையுமாவார்கள்.

உயிர் பிழைத்தவர்கள் சிலர் மட்டுமே உள்ளனர். அந்த ஜனங்களும் எகிப்துக்கு வந்தனர். யூதாவின் வம்சத்திலுள்ள அந்த சிலரையும் நான் அழிப்பேன். அவர்கள் வாளால் கொல்லப்படுவார்கள் அல்லது பசியால் மரிப்பார்கள். அவர்களுக்கு நடப்பதைக் கேள்விப்பட்டு மற்ற நாடுகள் அஞ்சும். மற்றவர்கள் அவரை சபித்து நிந்தனைக்குள்ளாக்கிடுவார்கள். அந்த யூதா ஜனங்களை அவர்கள் அவமதிப்பார்கள்.
