எரேமியா 46:16
அநேகரை இடறப்பண்ணுகிறார்; அவனவன் தனக்கடுத்தவன்மேல் விழுகிறான்; அவர்கள்: எழுந்திருங்கள், கொல்லுகிற பட்டயத்துக்குத் தப்ப நமது ஜனத்தண்டைக்கும், நாம் பிறந்த தேசத்துக்கும் திரும்பிப்போவோம் என்கிறார்கள்.

அநேகரை இடறச்செய்கிறார்; அவனவன் தன்னருகிலுள்ளவன்மேல் விழுகிறான்; அவர்கள்: எழுந்திருங்கள், கொல்லுகிற பட்டயத்திற்குத் தப்பி நமது மகளிடத்திற்கும், நாம் பிறந்த தேசத்திற்கும் திரும்பிப்போவோம் என்கிறார்கள்.

அவ்வீரர்கள் மீண்டும் மீண்டும் இடறுவார்கள், அவர்கள் ஒருவர் மேல் ஒருவர் விழுவார்கள். அவர்கள், ‘எழு நம் சொந்த ஜனங்களிடம் திரும்பிச் செல்லுவோம். நம் தாய் நாட்டிற்கு போகலாம். நம் பகைவர்கள் நம்மைத் தோற்கடித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள். நாம் வெளியேற வேண்டும்’ என்று சொல்லுவார்கள்.

⁽அவர் பலரை இடறிவிழச் செய்தார்.␢ ‘எழுந்திருங்கள், கொடுங்கோலன்␢ வாளினின்று தப்பிப்போம்;␢ நம் சொந்த மக்களிடம்␢ நம் தாய் நாட்டுக்கே␢ திரும்பிச் செல்வோம்’ என்று␢ ஒருவர் மற்றவரிடம் சொல்லிக்கொண்டனர்.⁾
