அஞ்சாமல் நிர்விசாரமாய்க் குடியிருக்கிற ஜாதிக்கு விரோதமாக எழும்பிப்போங்கள் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார். அதற்கு வாசல்களுமில்லை, தாழ்பாள்களுமில்லை; அவர்கள் தனிப்படத் தங்கியிருக்கிறார்கள்.

“பாதுகாப்பை உணர்கிற ஒரு தேசம் இருக்கிறது. அத்தேசம் பாதுகாப்பை உணர்கிறது. அந்தத் தேசத்திற்கு வாசலோ வேலியோ பாதுகாப்புக்கு இல்லை. அவற்றின் அருகில் எவரும் இல்லை. கர்த்தர், ‘அத்தேசத்தைத் தாக்குங்கள்!’ என்றார்.
