இதுதான் எரேமியா அதிகாரி செராயாவிற்குக் கொடுத்த செய்தி. செராயா நேரியாவின் மகன். நேரியா மசெயாவின் மகன். செரயா யூதாவின் அரசன் சிதேக்கியாவோடு பாபிலோனுக்குப் போனான். இது சிதேக்கியா யூதாவின் அரசனாக இருந்த நான்காவது ஆட்சியாண்டில் நடந்தது. அப்போது, எரேமியா இச்செய்தியை அதிகாரியான செரயாவிடம் கொடுத்தான்.
