அவர் மனுஷகுமாரனாயிருக்கிறபடியால், நியாயத்தீர்ப்புச் செய்யும்படிக்கு அதிகாரத்தையும் அவருக்குக் கொடுத்திருக்கிறார்.

இணை வசனம்

அன்றியும் பிதாவைக் கனம்பண்ணுகிறதுபோல எல்லாரும் குமாரனையும் கனம்பண்ணும்படிக்கு, பிதாவானவர்தாமே ஒருவருக்கும் நியாயத்தீர்ப்புச் செய்யாமல், நியாயத்தீர்ப்புச் செய்யும் அதிகாரம் முழுவதையும் குமாரனுக்கு ஒப்புக்கொடுத்திருக்கிறார்.

அன்றியும் அவரே உயிரோடிருக்கிறவர்களுக்கும் மரித்தோர்களுக்கும் தேவனால் ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்ட நியாதிபதியென்று ஜனங்களுக்குப் பிரசங்கிக்கவும், சாட்சியாக ஒப்புவிக்கவும், அவர் எங்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டார்.

மேலும் ஒரு நாளைக் குறித்திருக்கிறார்; அதிலே அவர் தாம் நியமித்த மனுஷனைக்கொண்டு, பூலோகத்தை நீதியாய் நியாயந்தீர்ப்பார்; அந்த மனுஷனை மரித்தோரிலிருந்து எழுப்பினதினாலே அதின் நிச்சயத்தை எல்லாருக்கும் விளங்கப்பண்ணினார் என்றான்.

நான் என்னுடைய பரிசுத்தபர்வதமாகிய சீயோன்மீதில் என்னுடைய ராஜாவை அபிஷேகம்பண்ணி வைத்தேன் என்றார்.

கர்த்தர் என் ஆண்டவரை நோக்கி: நான் உம்முடைய சத்துருக்களை உமக்கு பாதபடியாக்கிப் போடும்வரைக்கும், நீர் என்னுடைய வலதுபாரிசத்தில் உட்காரும் என்றார்.

அவர் ஜாதிகளுக்குள் நியாயந்தீர்ப்பார்; எல்லா இடங்களையும் பிரேதங்களால் நிரப்புவார்; விஸ்தாரமான தேசங்களின்மேல் தலைவர்களாகிறவர்களை நொறுக்கிப்போடுவார்.

இராத்தரிசனங்களிலே நான் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருக்கையில், இதோ, மனுஷகுமாரனுடைய சாயலான ஒருவர் வானத்து மேகங்களுடனே வந்தார்; அவர் நீண்ட ஆயுசுள்ளவர் இடமட்டும் வந்து, அவர் சமீபத்தில் கொண்டுவரப்பட்டார்.

எல்லாச் சத்துருக்களையும் தமது பாதத்திற்குக் கீழாக்கிப்போடும்வரைக்கும், அவர் ஆளுகைசெய்யவேண்டியது.

எல்லாத் துரைத்தனத்துக்கும், அதிகாரத்துக்கும், வல்லமைக்கும், கர்த்தத்துவத்துக்கும், இம்மையில்மாத்திரமல்ல மறுமையிலும் பேர்பெற்றிருக்கும் எல்லா நாமத்துக்கும் மேலாய் அவர் உயர்ந்திருக்கத்தக்கதாக,

தம்மைத்தாமே வெறுமையாக்கி, அடிமையின் ரூபமெடுத்து, மனுஷர் சாயலானார்.

அவனை தேவதூதரிலும் சற்றுச் சிறியவனாக்கினீர்; மகிமையினாலும் கனத்தினாலும் அவனுக்கு முடிசூட்டி, உம்முடைய கரத்தின் கிரியைகளின் மேல் அவனை அதிகாரியாக வைத்து, சகலத்தையும் அவனுடைய பாதங்களுக்குக் கீழ்ப்படுத்தினீர் என்று சொன்னான்.

அவர் பரலோகத்திற்குப் போய், தேவனுடைய வலதுபாரிசத்தில் இருக்கிறார்; தேவதூதர்களும் அதிகாரங்களும் வல்லமைகளும் அவருக்குக் கீழ்ப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.
