இதோ இவன் தாராளமாய்ப் பேசுகிறானே, ஒருவரும் இவனுக்கு ஒன்றும் சொல்லுகிறதில்லையே, மெய்யாய் இவன் கிறிஸ்துதான் என்று அதிகாரிகள் நிச்சயமாக அறிந்திருக்கிறார்களோ?

ஆனால் இவரோ எல்லோரும் காணும்படியும் கேட்கும்படியும் உபதேசம் செய்துகொண்டிருக்கிறார். ஒருவரும் அவர் உபதேசிப்பதை நிறுத்திவிட முயற்சி செய்யவில்லை. ஒருவேளை, யூதத் தலைவர்கள் இவர்தான் உண்மையான கிறிஸ்து என்று முடிவு செய்துவிட்டார்கள் போலும்.

இதோ! இங்கே இவர் வெளிப்படையாய்ப் பேசிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறாரே! யாரும் இவரிடம் எதுவும் சொல்லவில்லையே! ஒருவேளை இவரே மெசியா என்று தலைவர்கள் உண்மையாகவே உணர்ந்துகொண்டார்களோ?
