பழிவாங்குகிறவன் அவனைத் தொடர்ந்து வந்தால், அவன் பிறனை முற்பகையின்றி அறியாமல் கொன்றதினால், அவனை இவன் கையில் ஒப்புக்கொடாதிருக்கவேண்டும்.

பழிவாங்குகிறவன் அவனைப் பின்தொடர்ந்துவந்தால், அவன் அவனை முன்விரோதம் இல்லாமல் அறியாமல் கொன்றதினால், அவனை இவனுடைய கையில் ஒப்புக்கொடுக்காமல் இருக்கவேண்டும்.

அவனைத் துரத்திய மனிதன் அந்நகரை வந்தடையும் பட்சத்தில், குற்றஞ்சாட்டப்பட்டவனை அவர்கள் ஒப்படைக்கக் கூடாது. அந்நகரத்தின் தலைவர்கள் அக்கொலை வேண்டுமென்றே நிகழ்ந்த ஒன்றல்ல என்பதால் அவனைக் காப்பாற்ற வேண்டும். அது ஒரு விபத்து. அவன் கோபம் கொண்டு திட்டமிட்டு அக்கொலையைச் செய்யவில்லை. அது தற்செயலாக நிகழ்ந்தது.

இரத்தப்பழி வாங்குபவர் துரத்திவந்தால், கொலையாளியை அவர் கையில் ஒப்படைக்க மாட்டார்கள். ஏனெனில் அவர் அறியாமல்தான் மற்றவரைக் கொன்றுவிட்டார். இதற்கு முன் கொலையாளி அவரை வெறுத்ததில்லை.
