இஸ்ரவேலின் கோத்திரங்களில் மிஸ்பாவிலே கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் வராதேபோன யாதொருவர் உண்டோ என்று விசாரித்தார்கள்; அப்பொழுது கீலேயாத்திலுள்ள யாபேசின் மனுஷரில் ஒருவரும் பாளயத்தில் சபைகூடினபோது வரவில்லை.

இஸ்ரவேலின் கோத்திரங்களில் மிஸ்பாவிலே கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் வராமல் போனவர் உண்டோ என்று விசாரித்தார்கள்; அப்பொழுது கீலேயாத்திலுள்ள யாபேசின் மனிதர்களில் ஒருவரும் முகாமில் சபைகூடினபோது வரவில்லை.

பின் இஸ்ரவேலர், “மிஸ்பாவிற்கு இஸ்ரவேலின் எந்தக் கோத்திரத்தினர் வந்து சேரவில்லை? நாம் கர்த்தருக்கு முன்னே ஒருமித்துக் கூடியுள்ளோம். இங்கு ஒரு குடும்பம் நிச்சயமாக வரவில்லை!” என்றனர்.

இஸ்ரயேலின் குலங்களிலிருந்து மிஸ்பாவில் ஆண்டவர் திருமுன் கூடிய சபைக்கு எந்தக் குலம் வரவில்லை என்று பார்த்தபொழுது கிலயாதைச் சார்ந்த யாபேசிலிருந்து சபைக்கு ஒருவரும் வரவில்லை என்று கண்டனர்.
