நியாயாதிபதிகள் 8:12
சேபாவும் சல்முனாவும் ஓடிப்போனார்கள்; அவனோ அவர்களைத் தொடர்ந்து, சேபா சல்முனா என்னும் மீதியானியரின் இரண்டு ராஜாக்களையும் பிடித்து, சேனை முழுவதையும் கலங்கடித்தான்.

மிதியானியரின் அரசர்களாகிய சேபாவும் சல்முனாவும் ஓடிப்போனார்கள். ஆனால் கிதியோன் அவர்களைத் துரத்திப் பிடித்தான். கிதியோனும் அவனது ஆட்களும் பகைவரின் படையைத் தோற்கடித்தனர்.

செபாகும் சல்முன்னாவும் தப்பி ஓடினர். அவர் அவர்கள் பின்னே துரத்திச் சென்று மிதியானின் இரண்டு அரசர்களான செபாகையும் சல்முன்னாவையும் பிடித்தார். படைமுழுவதையும் சிதறடித்தார்.⒫
