ஐயோ! ஆண்டவர் தமது கோபத்தில் சீயோன் குமாரத்தியை மந்தாரத்தினால் மூடினார்; அவர் தமது கோபத்தின் நாளிலே தமது பாதபீடத்தை நினையாமல் இஸ்ரவேலின் மகிமையை வானத்திலிருந்து தரையிலே விழத்தள்ளினார்.

ஐயோ! ஆண்டவர் தமது கோபத்தில் மகளாகிய சீயோனை கரும்மேகத்தினால் மூடினார்; அவர் தமது கோபத்தின் நாளிலே தமது பாதபீடத்தை நினைக்காமல் இஸ்ரவேலின் மகிமையை வானத்திலிருந்து பூமியிலே விழச்செய்தார்.

கர்த்தர் சீயோன் மகளை ஒரு மேகத்தின் கீழ் எவ்வாறு மூடி வைத்திருக்கிறார் என்பதை பார். அவர் இஸ்ரவேலின் மகிமையை வானத்திலிருந்து பூமிக்கு எறிந்திருக்கிறார். கர்த்தர் அவரது கோப நாளில் இஸ்ரவேல் அவரது பாதபீடம் என்பதை தன் மனதில் வைக்கவில்லை.
