ஆசாரியன் அந்தச் சொறிகுஷ்டத்தைப் பார்க்கும்போது, அவ்விடம் மற்றத்தோலைப்பார்க்கிலும் பள்ளமாயிராமலும் அதிலே கறுத்தமயிர் இல்லாமலும் இருக்கக்கண்டால், ஆசாரியன் அவனை ஏழு நாள் அடைத்துவைத்து,

ஆசாரியன் அந்தச் சொறிதொழுநோயைப் பார்க்கும்போது, அந்த இடம் மற்ற தோலைவிட பள்ளமாக இல்லாமலும், அதிலே கறுத்தமுடி இல்லாமலும் இருக்கக்கண்டால், ஆசாரியன் அவனை ஏழுநாட்கள் அடைத்துவைத்து,

ஆசாரியன் இதனைப் பார்க்கும் போது அவ்விடம் மற்ற தோலைவிட பள்ளமாய் இராமல் இருக்கலாம். அதிலே கறுமை யான முடிகள் இல்லாமல் இருக்கலாம். அவ்வாறானால் அவனை ஏழு நாட்கள் தனியே அடைத்து வைக்க வேண்டும்.

குரு அதைச் சோதித்துப் பார்த்து அவ்விடத்தில் மற்றத் தோலைவிடக் குழிந்திராமல் கருப்பு உரோமம் இல்லை என்றால், குரு ஏழுநாள் அவரைத் தனியாக வைப்பார்.
