ஆகையால் வீடுமுழுவதையும் இடித்து, அதின் கல்லுகளையும், மரங்களையும், அதின் சாந்து எல்லாவற்றையும் பட்டணத்துக்குப் புறம்பே அசுத்தமான இடத்திலே கொண்டுபோகவேண்டும்.
