ஆகையால் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் வெளியிலே பலியிடுகிற தங்கள் பலிகளை, ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரவாசலில் ஆசாரியனிடத்தில் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் கொண்டுவந்து, அங்கே அவைகளைக் கர்த்தருக்குச் சமாதான பலிகளாகச் செலுத்தக்கடவர்கள்.

ஆகையால் இஸ்ரவேல் மக்கள் வெளியிலே பலியிடுகிற தங்களுடைய பலிகளை, ஆசரிப்புக்கூடாரத்தின் வாசலில் ஆசாரியனிடத்தில் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் கொண்டுவந்து, அங்கே அவைகளைக் கர்த்தருக்குச் சமாதானபலிகளாகச் செலுத்தக்கடவர்கள்.

விதிகள் இவ்வாறு இருப்பதால் ஜனங்கள் தங்கள் சமாதானப் பலியைக் கர்த்தருக்குக் கொண்டு வரவேண்டும். இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்கள் வயல்களில் கொல்கிற மிருகங்களை ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திற்கு ஆசாரியனிடம் கொண்டு வரவேண்டும்.
