பலனுள்ள வருஷங்களின் இலக்கத்தைப் பார்த்து அவன் உனக்கு விற்கிறபடியால், வருஷங்களின் தொகை ஏறினால் விலையேறவும், வருஷங்களின் தொகை குறைந்தால், விலை குறையவும்வேண்டும்.

பலனுள்ள வருடங்களின் இலக்கத்தைப் பார்த்து அவன் உனக்கு விற்கிறதினால், வருடங்களின் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகமானால் விலையேறவும், வருடங்களின் எண்ணிக்கை குறைந்தால், விலை குறையவும் வேண்டும்.

யூபிலிக்கு முன் அதிகமான ஆண்டுகள் விளைந்த நிலம் அதிக விலையை உடையது. குறைந்த ஆண்டுகள் விளைந்த நிலத்தின் விலை குறையும். ஏனென்றால் உனது அயலான் உன்னிடம் அறுவடைகளின் எண்ணிக்கைகளையே விற்பனை செய்கிறான். அடுத்த யூபிலியில் அந்த நிலம் மீண்டும் அவனுக்கு உரியதாகிவிடும்.

பலனைப் பயன்படுத்தும் ஆண்டுகள் எண்ணிக்கை மிகுந்திருந்தால் விலையை உயர்த்த வேண்டும்; குறைந்திருந்தால் விலையைக் குறைக்க வேண்டும். ஏனெனில், பயனுள்ள ஆண்டுகளின் எண்ணிக்கைக்கு ஏற்பவே அவன் விற்கிறான்.
