அதை விற்றபின் சென்ற வருஷங்களின் தொகையைத் தள்ளி, மீந்த தொகையை ஏற்றி, கொண்டவனுக்குக் கொடுத்து, அவன் தன் காணியாட்சிக்குத் திரும்பிப்போகக்கடவன்.

பிறகு அவன் நிலத்தை விற்ற ஆண்டுகளைக் கணக்கிட்டு, அந்த எண்ணிக்கை மூலம் எவ்வளவு விலை கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று முடிவு செய்து அதனைத் திரும்ப விலைக்கு வாங்கலாம். அதனால் அச்சொத்து அவனுக்கு மீண்டும் உரியதாகும்.
