தன் வீட்டைப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொண்டவன் அதை மீட்டுக்கொள்ள மனதாயிருந்தால், நீ மதிக்கும் திரவியத்தோடே ஐந்தில் ஒரு பங்கைக் கூட்டிக்கொடுக்கக்கடவன்; அப்பொழுது அது அவனுடையதாகும்.

ஆனால் வீட்டுக்காரன் அவ்வீட்டைத் திரும்பப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்று விரும்பினால் வீட்டின் விலையோடு ஐந்தில் ஒரு பாகம் சேர்த்துக் கொடுக்க வேண்டும். பின்பு வீடு அவனுக்குரியதாகும்.

அதன் உடைமையாளர் அந்த வீட்டை மீட்க விரும்பினால், மதிப்புப் பணத்துடன் ஐந்தில் ஒருபங்கை மிகுதியாகச் செலுத்த வேண்டும். அது மீண்டும் அவருடையது ஆகும்.⒫
