லூக்கா 10:27
அவன் பிரதியுத்தரமாக: உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரிடத்தில் உன் முழு இருதயத்தோடும் உன் முழுஆத்துமாவோடும், உன் முழுப்பலத்தோடும் உன் முழுச்சிந்தையோடும் அன்புகூர்ந்து, உன்னிடத்தில் அன்புகூருவதுபோலப் பிறனிடத்திலும் அன்புகூருவாயாக என்று எழுதியிருக்கிறது என்றான்.

அவன் மறுமொழியாக: உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரிடத்தில் உன் முழு இருதயத்தோடும் உன் முழு ஆத்துமாவோடும் உன் முழு பலத்தோடும் உன் முழு சிந்தையோடும் அன்புகூர்ந்து, உன்னிடத்தில் அன்புசெலுத்துவதுபோல அயலகத்தானிடத்திலும் அன்புசெலுத்துவாயாக என்று எழுதியிருக்கிறது என்றான்.

அம்மனிதன், “‘உனது தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரை நேசிப்பாயாக. உன் முழு நெஞ்சத்தோடும், உன் முழு ஆத்துமாவோடும், உன் முழு வல்லமையோடும் உன் முழு மனதோடும் அவரை நேசிக்க வேண்டும்’” என்றும், மேலும், “‘நீ உன்னை நேசிப்பது போலவே பிறரிடமும், அன்பு காட்ட வேண்டும்’j என்றும் எழுதப்பட்டுள்ளது” எனப் பதிலுரைத்தான்.

அவர் மறுமொழியாக, ⁽‘உன் முழு இதயத்தோடும், முழு உள்ளத்தோடும், முழு ஆற்றலோடும், முழு மனத்தோடும் உன் கடவுளாகிய ஆண்டவரிடம் அன்பு கூர்வாயாக. உன்மீது நீ அன்புகூர்வது போல் உனக்கு அடுத்திருப்பவர் மீதும் அன்பு கூர்வாயாக’⁾ என்று எழுதியுள்ளது” என்றார்.
