அதற்கு அவன் சம்மதித்து, ஜனக்கூட்டமில்லாத வேளையில் அவரை அவர்களுக்குக் காட்டிக்கொடுக்கும்படி சமயந்தேடினான்.

யூதாஸ் அதற்கு ஒப்புக்கொண்டான். இயேசுவை அவர்களிடம் ஒப்படைப்பதற்கு ஏற்ற நேரத்தை எதிர்பார்த்திருந்தான் யூதாஸ். தன்னைச் சுற்றிலும் மக்கள் எவரும் பார்க்காத நேரத்தில் அதைச் செய்யவேண்டுமென யூதாஸ் விரும்பினான்.
