அவர்: எவைகள் என்றார். அதற்கு அவர்கள். நசரேயனாகிய இயேசுவைக் குறித்தவைகளே; அவர் தேவனுக்கு முன்பாகவும் ஜனங்களெல்லாருக்கு முன்பாகவும் செய்கையிலும் வாக்கிலும் வல்லமையுள்ள தீர்க்கதரிசியாயிருந்தார்.

அவர்: எவைகள் என்றார். அதற்கு அவர்கள்: நசரேயனாகிய இயேசுவைக்குறித்தவைகளே; அவர் தேவனுக்கு முன்பாகவும் மக்களெல்லோருக்கு முன்பாகவும் செயலிலும் சொல்லிலும் வல்லமையுள்ள தீர்க்கதரிசியாக இருந்தார்.

அவர்களை நோக்கி, இயேசு, “நீங்கள் எதைக்குறித்துப் பேசிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறீர்கள்?” என்றார். அம்மனிதர்கள் அவரை நோக்கி, “நாசரேத்தில் உள்ள இயேசுவைக் குறித்துப் பேசுகிறோம். தேவனுக்கும் மக்களுக்கும் அவர் ஒரு பெரிய தீர்க்கதரிசி. அவர் பல ஆற்றல் மிக்க காரியங்களைச் சொல்லியும் செய்தும் வந்திருக்கிறார்.

அதற்கு அவர் அவர்களிடம், “என்ன நிகழ்ந்தது?” என்று கேட்டார். அவர்கள் அவரிடம், “நாசரேத்து இயேசுவைப் பற்றியேதான் பேசுகின்றோம். அவர் கடவுளுக்கும் மக்கள் எல்லாருக்கும் முன்பாகச் சொல்லிலும் செயலிலும் வல்ல இறைவாக்கினராகத் திகழ்ந்தார்.
