நீங்களோ வழியைவிட்டு விலகி, அநேகரை வேதத்தைக்குறித்து இடறப்பண்ணினீர்கள்; லேவியின் உடன்படிக்கையைக் கெடுத்துப்போட்டீர்கள் என்று சேனைகளின் கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.

கர்த்தர், “ஆசாரியர்களாகிய நீங்கள் என்னைப் பின்பற்றுவதை நிறுத்தினீர்கள். நீங்கள் பலர் தவறு செய்வதற்காக போதனைகளைப் பயன்படுத்தினீர்கள். நீங்கள் வேவியோடு செய்த உடன்படிக்கையை அழித்தீர்கள்” என்றார். சர்வ வல்லமையுள்ள கர்த்தர் இவற்றைச் சொன்னார்.

நீங்களோ நெறி தவறி நடந்தீர்கள். உங்கள் போதனையால் பலரை இடறி விழச்செய்தீர்கள். லேவியோடு நான் செய்த உடன்படிக்கையைப் பாழாக்கிவிட்டீர்கள்.” என்று சொல்கிறார் படைகளின் ஆண்டவர்.
