அவர்களுடைய இருதயகடினத்தினிமித்தம் அவர் விசனப்பட்டு, கோபத்துடனே சுற்றிலும் இருந்தவர்களைப் பார்த்து, அந்த மனுஷனை நோக்கி: உன் கையை நீட்டு என்றார்; அவன் நீட்டினான்; அவன் கை மறுகையைப்போலச் சொஸ்தமாயிற்று.

அவர்களுடைய இருதயத்தின் கடினத்தினால் அவர் விசனப்பட்டு, கோபத்துடன் சுற்றிலும் இருந்தவர்களைப் பார்த்து, அந்த மனிதனைப் பார்த்து: உன் கையை நீட்டு என்றார்; அவன் நீட்டினான்; அவன் கை மற்றொரு கையைப்போல சுகமானது.

Tamil Easy Reading Version
இயேசு மக்களைப் பார்த்தார். அவருக்கோ கோபம் வந்தது. அவர்கள் கடின மனம் உடையவர்களாய் இருந்ததால் இயேசுவுக்கு வருத்தம் ஏற்பட்டது. இயேசு அந்த மனிதனிடம், “உன் கையை நீட்டு” என்றார். அவனும் இயேசுவிடம் தன் கையை நீட்டினான். அது குணமாகியது.

அவர் சினத்துடன் அவர்களைச் சுற்றிலும் திரும்பிப் பார்த்து, அவர்களது பிடிவாத உள்ளத்தைக் கண்டு வருந்தி, கை சூம்பியவரை நோக்கி, “கையை நீட்டும்” என்றார். அவர் நீட்டினார். அவருடைய கை மீண்டும் நலமடைந்தது.
