இணை வசனம்

சூரியன் கடும் வெய்யிலுடன் உதித்து, புல்லை உலர்த்தும்போது, அதின் பூ உதிர்ந்து, அதின் அழகான வடிவு அழிந்துபோம்; ஐசுவரியவானும் அப்படியே தன் வழிகளில் வாடிப்போவான்.

அவன் நீர்க்கால்களின் ஓரமாய் நடப்பட்டு, தன் காலத்தில் தன் கனியைத் தந்து, இலையுதிராதிருக்கிற மரத்தைப்போலிருப்பான்; அவன் செய்வதெல்லாம் வாய்க்கும்.

கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்திலே நாட்டப்பட்டவர்கள் எங்கள் தேவனுடைய பிராகாரங்களில் செழித்திருப்பார்கள்.

நான் கறுப்பாயிருக்கிறேன் என்று பாராதேயுங்கள்; வெய்யில் என்மேற்பட்டது; என் தாயின் பிள்ளைகள் என்மேல் கோபமாயிருந்து என்னைத் திராட்சத்தோட்டங்களுக்குக் காவற்காரியாக வைத்தார்கள்; என் சொந்தத் திராட்சத்தோட்டத்தையோ நான் காக்கவில்லை.

கொடூரமானவர்களின் சீறல் மதிலை மோதியடிக்கிற பெரு வெள்ளத்தைப்போல் இருக்கையில், நீர் ஏழைக்குப் பெலனும், நெருக்கப்படுகிற எளியவனுக்குத் திடனும் பெருவெள்ளத்துக்குத் தப்பும் அடைக்கலமும், வெயிலுக்கு ஒதுங்கும் நிழலுமானீர்.

மனுஷன்மேல் நம்பிக்கைவைத்து, மாம்சமானதைத் தன் புயபலமாக்கிக்கொண்டு, கர்த்தரை விட்டு விலகுகிற இருதயமுள்ள மனுஷன் சபிக்கப்பட்டவன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.

சூரியன் உதித்தபோது தேவன் உஷ்ணமான கீழ்க்காற்றைக் கட்டளையிட்டார்; அப்பொழுது வெயில் யோனாவுடைய தலையில் படுகிறதினால் அவன் சோர்ந்துபோய், தனக்குள்ளே சாவை விரும்பி: நான் ஊயிரோடிருக்கிறதைப் பார்க்கிலும் சாகிறது நலமாயிருக்கும் என்றான்.

விசுவாசத்தினாலே கிறிஸ்து உங்கள் இருதயங்களில் வாசமாயிருக்கவும், நீங்கள் அன்பிலே வேரூன்றி, நிலைபெற்றவர்களாகி,

நீங்கள் போதிக்கப்பட்டபடியே, விசுவாசத்தில் உறுதிப்பட்டு, ஸ்தோத்திரத்தோடே அதிலே பெருகுவீர்களாக.

கெட்டுப்போகிறவர்களுக்குள்ளே அநீதியினால் உண்டாகும் சகலவித வஞ்சகத்தோடும் இருக்கும் இரட்சிக்கப்படத்தக்கதாக சத்தியத்தின்மேலுள்ள அன்பை அவர்கள் அங்கிகரியாமற்போனபடியால் அப்படி நடக்கும்.

இவர்கள் உங்கள் அன்பின் விருந்துகளில் கறைகளாயிருந்து, பயமின்றிக் கூட விருந்துண்டு, தங்களைத் தாங்களே மேய்த்துக்கொள்ளுகிறார்கள்; இவர்கள் காற்றுகளால் அடியுண்டோடுகிற தண்ணீரற்ற மேகங்களும், இலையுதிர்ந்து கனியற்று இரண்டுதரஞ் செத்து வேரற்றுப் போன மரங்களும்,

இவர்கள் இனி பசியடைவதுமில்லை, இனி தாகமடைவதுமில்லை; வெயிலாவது உஷ்ணமாவது இவர்கள்மேல் படுவதுமில்லை.
