இணை வசனம்

அன்றியும் மோசே எலியா என்னும் இரண்டுபேரும் மகிமையோடே காணப்பட்டு, அவருடனே சம்பாஷணைபண்ணி,

உலகத்தோற்றமுதல் தேவன் தம்முடைய பரிசுத்த தீர்க்கதரிசிகளெல்லாருடைய வாக்கிலும் உரைத்தவைகளெல்லாம் நிறைவேறித் தீருங்காலங்கள் வருமளவும் பரலோகம் அவரை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளவேண்டும்.

அப்படியே கர்த்தரின் தாசனாகிய மோசே மோவாப் தேசமான அவ்விடத்திலே கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தையின்படியே மரித்தான்.

அவர்கள் பேசிக்கொண்டு நடந்துபோகையில், இதோ, அக்கினிரதமும் அக்கினிக் குதிரைகளும் அவர்கள் நடுவாக வந்து இருவரையும் பிரித்தது; எலியா சுழல்காற்றிலே பரலோகத்திற்கு ஏறிப்போனான்.

அதற்கு அவர்கள்: சிலர் உம்மை யோவான்ஸ்நானன் என்றும், சிலர் எலியா என்றும், வேறு சிலர் பூர்வகாலத்துத் தீர்க்கதரிசிகளில் ஒருவர் உயிர்த்தெழுந்தார் என்றும் சொல்லுகிறார்கள் என்றார்கள்.

மோசே முதலிய சகல தீர்க்கதரிசிகளும் எழுதின வேதவாக்கியங்களெல்லாவற்றிலும் தம்மைக்குறித்துச் சொல்லியவைகளை அவர்களுக்கு விவரித்துக் காண்பித்தார்.

அவர்களை நோக்கி: மோசேயின் நியாயப்பிரமாணத்திலும் தீர்க்கதரிசிகளின் ஆகமங்களிலும் சங்கீதங்களிலும் என்னைக் குறித்து எழுதியிருக்கிறவைகளெல்லாம் நிறைவேறவேண்டியதென்று, நான் உங்களோடிருந்தபோது உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லிக்கொண்டுவந்த விசேஷங்கள் இவைகளே என்றார்.

வேதவாக்கியங்களை ஆராய்ந்துபாருங்கள்; அவைகளால் உங்களுக்கு நித்தியஜீவன் உண்டென்று எண்ணுகிறீர்களே, என்னைக்குறித்துச் சாட்சிகொடுக்கிறவைகளும் அவைகளே.

பிதாவினிடத்தில் நான் உங்கள்மேல் குற்றஞ்சாட்டுவேன் என்று நினையாதிருங்கள், நீங்கள் நம்புகிற மோசேயே உங்கள்மேல் குற்றஞ்சாட்டுவான்.

உங்களுக்கு உண்டான கிருபையைக் குறித்துத் தீர்க்கதரிசனஞ்சொன்ன தீர்க்கதரிசிகள் இந்த இரட்சிப்பைக்குறித்துக் கருத்தாய் ஆராய்ந்து பரிசோதனை பண்ணினார்கள்;

அப்பொழுது அவனை வணங்கும்படி அவனுடைய பாதத்தில் விழுந்தேன். அவன் என்னை நோக்கி: இப்படிச் செய்யாதபடிக்குப் பார்; உன்னோடும் இயேசுவைக்குறித்துச் சாட்சியிட்ட சகோதரரோடுங்கூட நானும் ஒரு ஊழியக்காரன்; தேவனைத் தொழுதுகொள். இயேசுவைப்பற்றின சாட்சி தீர்க்கதரிசனத்தின் ஆவியாயிருக்கிறது என்றான்.
