லீபனோன் துவக்கி மிஸ்ரபோத்மாயீம் மட்டும் மலைகளில் குடியிருக்கிற யாவருடைய நாடும், சீதோனியருடைய எல்லா நாடும்தானே. நான் அவர்களை இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்கு முன்பாகத் துரத்துவேன்; நான் உனக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே, நீ இஸ்ரவேலுக்குச் சுதந்தரமாகச் சீட்டுகளைமாத்திரம் போட்டுத் தேசத்தைப் பங்கிடவேண்டும்.

எபிரோனுக்கும், ரேகோபுக்கும், அம்மோனுக்கும், கானாவுக்கும், பெரிய சீதோன்மட்டும் போம்.

ஆசேர் கோத்திரத்தார் அக்கோவின் குடிகளையும், சீதோனின் குடிகளையும், அக்லாப், அக்சீப், எல்பா, ஆப்பீக், சேகோப் பட்டணங்களின் குடிகளையும் துரத்திவிடவில்லை.

இந்தப் பன்னிருவரையும் இயேசு அனுப்புகையில், அவர்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டுச் சொன்னது என்னவென்றால்: நீங்கள் புறஜாதியார் நாட்டுக்குப் போகாமலும், சமாரியர் பட்டணங்களில் பிரவேசியாமலும்,

கொராசினே! உனக்கு ஐயோ, பெத்சாயிதாவே உனக்கு ஐயோ, உங்களில் செய்யப்பட்ட பலத்த செய்கைகள் தீருவிலும் சீதோனிலும் செய்யப்பட்டிருந்ததானால், அப்பொழுதே இரட்டுடுத்திச் சாம்பலில் உட்கார்ந்து மனந்திரும்பியிருப்பார்கள்.

பின்பு, அவர் எழுந்து அவ்விடம் விட்டுப் புறப்பட்டு, தீரு சீதோன் பட்டணங்களின் எல்லைகளில் போய், ஒரு வீட்டுக்குள் பிரவேசித்து, ஒருவரும் அதை அறியாதிருக்க விரும்பியும், அவர் மறைவாயிருக்கக் கூடாமற்போயிற்று.

செபுலோன் கடல்துறை அருகே குடியிருப்பான்; அவன் கப்பல் துறைமுகமாய் இருப்பான்; அவன் எல்லை சீதோன் வரைக்கும் இருக்கும்.

கர்த்தர் அவர்களை இஸ்ரவேலின் கையில் ஒப்புக்கொடுத்தார்; அவர்களை முறிய அடித்து, பெரிய சீதோன்மட்டும் மிஸ்ரபோத்மாயீமட்டும், கிழக்கேயிருக்கிற மிஸ்பே பள்ளத்தாக்குமட்டும் துரத்தி, அவர்களில் ஒருவரும் மீதியாயிராதபடி, அவர்களை வெட்டிப்போட்டார்கள்.
