நீங்கள் போய், பிள்ளையைக்குறித்துத் திட்டமாய் விசாரியுங்கள்; நீங்கள் அதைக் கண்டபின்பு, நானும் வந்து அதைப் பணிந்து கொள்ளும்படி எனக்கு அறிவியுங்கள் என்று சொல்லி, அவர்களைப் பெத்லகேமுக்கு அனுப்பினான்.

நீங்கள் போய், பிள்ளையைக்குறித்துத் திட்டமாக விசாரியுங்கள்; நீங்கள் பிள்ளையைக் கண்டபின்பு, நானும் வந்து பிள்ளையைப் பணிந்துகொள்ளும்படி எனக்கு அறிவியுங்கள் என்று சொல்லி, அவர்களை பெத்லகேமுக்கு அனுப்பினான்.

ஏரோது அந்த ஞானிகளிடம் “நீங்கள் சென்று அந்தக் குழந்தையைக் கவனமாகத் தேடுங்கள். நீங்கள் அக்குழந்தையைக் கண்டதும் என்னிடம் வந்து சொல்லுங்கள். பின் நானும் சென்று அக்குழந்தையை வணங்க இயலும்” என்று கூறி அவர்களை பெத்லகேமுக்கு அனுப்பி வைத்தான்.

மேலும் அவர்களிடம், “நீங்கள் சென்று குழந்தையைக் குறித்துத் திட்டவட்டமாய்க் கேட்டு எனக்கு அறிவியுங்கள். அப்பொழுது நானும் சென்று அக்குழந்தையை வணங்குவேன்” என்று கூறி அவர்களைப் பெத்லகேமுக்கு அனுப்பி வைத்தான்.
