என்னுடைய வீடு ஜெபவீடு என்னப்படும் என்று எழுதியிருக்கிறது; நீங்களோ அதைக் கள்ளர் குகையாக்கினீர்கள் என்றார்.

அங்கிருந்த மக்கள் அனைவரிடமும் இயேசு, “ஏற்கெனவே வேத வாக்கியங்களில் ‘பிரார்த்தனை செய்வதற்கான இடம் என்னுடைய வீடு!’ என்று எழுதப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆனால் நீங்களோ தேவனுடைய வீட்டைக் கொள்ளைக்காரர்கள் பதுங்கும் இடமாக மாற்றிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறீர்கள்” என்று கூறினார்.
