இணை வசனம்

கானானியனாகிய சீமோன், அவரைக் காட்டிக்கொடுத்த யூதாஸ்காரியோத்து என்பவைகளே.

அப்பொழுது பன்னிருவரில் ஒருவனாகிய ஸ்காரியோத்தென்னும் மறுபேர்கொண்ட யூதாசுக்குள் சாத்தான் புகுந்தான்.

சீமோனின் குமாரனாகிய யூதாஸ்காரியோத்து அவரைக் காட்டிக்கொடுக்கும்படி பிசாசானவன் அவன் இருதயத்தைத் தூண்டினபின்பு, அவர்கள் போஜனம்பண்ணிக்கொண்டிருக்கையில்;

அவன் அந்தத் துணிக்கையை வாங்கினவுடனே புறப்பட்டுப்போனான்; அப்பொழுது இராக்காலமாயிருந்தது.

அவரைக் காட்டிக்கொடுத்த யூதாசும் அவரை நோக்கி: ரபீ, நானோ? என்றான்; அதற்கு அவர்: நீ சொன்னபடிதான் என்றார்.

அவர் இப்படிப் பேசுகையில், பன்னிருவரில் ஒருவனாகிய யூதாஸ் வந்தான்; அவனோடே கூடப் பிரதான ஆசாரியரும் ஜனத்தின் மூப்பரும் அனுப்பின திரளான ஜனங்கள் பட்டயங்களையும், தடிகளையும் பிடித்துக்கொண்டு வந்தார்கள்.

அப்பொழுது, அவரைக் காட்டிக்கொடுத்த யூதாஸ், அவர் மரணாக்கினைக்குள்ளாகத் தீர்க்கப்பட்டதைக் கண்டு, மனஸ்தாபப்பட்டு, அந்த முப்பது வெள்ளிக்காசைப் பிரதான ஆசாரியத்திடத்திற்கும் மூப்பரிடத்திற்கும் திரும்பக் கொண்டுவந்து:

அப்பொழுது, பன்னிருவரில் ஒருவனாகிய யூதாஸ்காரியோத்து என்பவன் அவரைப் பிரதான ஆசாரியருக்குக் காட்டிக்கொடுக்கும்படி அவர்களிடத்திற்குப் போனான்.

இயேசு அவர்களை நோக்கி: பன்னிருவராகிய உங்களை நான் தெரிந்துகொள்ளவில்லையா? உங்களுக்குள்ளும் ஒருவன் பிசாசாயிருக்கிறான் என்றார்.

அப்பொழுது அவருடைய சீஷரில் ஒருவனும் அவரைக் காட்டிக்கொடுக்கப்போகிறவனுமாகிய சீமோனுடைய குமாரனான யூதாஸ்காரியோத்து:

இயேசு தம்முடைய சீஷருடனேகூட அடிக்கடி அங்கே போயிருந்தபடியினால், அவரைக் காட்டிக்கொடுக்கிற யூதாசும் அந்த இடத்தை அறிந்திருந்தான்.

சகோதரரே, இயேசுவைப் பிடித்தவர்களுக்கு வழிகாட்டின யூதாசைக்குறித்துப் பரிசுத்த ஆவி தாவீதின் வாக்கினால் முன் சொன்ன வேதவாக்கியம் நிறைவேறவேண்டியதாயிருந்தது.
