அர்தசஷ்டா ராஜாவின் இருபதாம் வருஷம் நிசான் மாதத்திலே, திராட்சரசம் ராஜாவுக்கு முன்பாக வைத்திருக்கையில், நான் அதை எடுத்து அவருக்குக் கொடுத்தேன்; நான் முன் ஒருபோதும் அவர் சமுகத்தில் துக்கமாயிருந்ததில்லை.
