அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்களுக்கு மூப்பரும் தலைவருமானவர்கள் இன்னார் என்று நீ அறிந்திருக்கிறாயே, அந்த மூப்பரில் எழுபதுபேரைக் கூட்டி, அவர்களை ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்தினிடத்தில் அங்கே உன்னோடேகூட வந்து நிற்கும்படி செய்.

கர்த்தர் மோசேயிடம், “இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்களில் 70 முதிய தலைவர்களை என்னிடம் அழைத்து வா. இவர்கள் இஸ்ரவேலர்களின் தலைவர்களாயிருக்கிறார்கள். அவர்களை ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திற்குள் அழைத்து வா. அவர்கள் உன்னோடு நிற்கட்டும்.

ஆண்டவர் மோசேயிடம் சொன்னது; இஸ்ரயேல் மூப்பரில் எழுபதுபேரை என்னிடம் கூட்டிவா; அவர்கள் மக்களுள் உனக்குத் தெரிந்தவர்களாகவும், பெரியோர்களாகவும், அதிகாரிகளாகவும் இருக்குமாறு பார்த்துக்கொள்; அவர்களைச் சந்திப்புக் கூடாரத்துக்கு அழைத்து வா; அவர்கள் அங்கே உன்னோடு நிற்கட்டும்.
