அப்பொழுது இரண்டுபேர் பாளயத்தில் இருந்துவிட்டார்கள்; ஒருவன்பேர் எல்தாத், மற்றவன்பேர் மேதாத்; அவர்களும் பேர்வழியில் எழுதப்பட்டிருந்தும், கூடாரத்துக்குப் போகப் புறப்படாதிருந்தார்கள்; அவர்கள்மேலும் ஆவி வந்து தங்கினதினால், பாளயத்தில் தீர்க்கதரிசனஞ் சொன்னார்கள்.

அப்பொழுது இரண்டு பேர் முகாமில் இருந்துவிட்டார்கள்; ஒருவன் பேர் எல்தாத், மற்றவன் பேர் மேதாத்; அவர்களும் பேர்வழியில் எழுதப்பட்டிருந்தும், கூடாரத்திற்குப் போகப் புறப்படாமலிருந்தார்கள்; அவர்கள்மேலும் ஆவி வந்து தங்கினதினால், முகாமில் தீர்க்கதரிசனம் சொன்னார்கள்.

அப்போது எல்தாத், மேதாத் எனும் இரு முதிய தலைவர்கள் மட்டும் கூடாரத்திற்கு வெளியே போகவில்லை. அவர்களின் பெயர் முதிய தலைவர்களின் பட்டியலில் இருந்தது. எனினும் அவர்கள் கூடாரத்திற்குள்ளேயே இருந்துவிட்டனர். எனினும் அவர்கள் மீதும் ஆவி வந்தது. அவர்கள் கூடாரத்திற்குள்ளிருந்தே தீர்க்கதரிசனம் சொன்னார்கள்.

இரண்டு மனிதர் பாளையத்திலேயே தங்கிவிட்டனர்; ஒருவன் பெயர் எல்தாது, மற்றவன் பெயர் மேதாது. அவர்கள் மீதும் ஆவி இறங்கியது; பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டவர்களில் இவர்களும் உண்டு; ஆனால், அவர்கள் கூடாரத்துக்குச் சென்றிருக்கவில்லை; ஆகவே, அவர்கள் பாளையத்திலேயே இறைவாக்குரைத்தனர்;
