அதற்கு மோசே: நீ எனக்காக வைராக்கியம் காண்பிக்கிறாயோ? கர்த்தருடைய ஜனங்கள் எல்லாரும் தீர்க்கதரிசனஞ் சொல்லத்தக்கதாக, கர்த்தர் தம்முடைய ஆவியை அவர்கள்மேல் இறங்கப்பண்ணினால் நலமாயிருக்குமே என்றான்.

அதற்கு மோசே: நீ எனக்காக வைராக்கியம் காண்பிக்கிறாயோ? கர்த்தருடைய மக்கள் எல்லோரும் தீர்க்கதரிசனம் சொல்லும்படி, கர்த்தர் தம்முடைய ஆவியை அவர்கள்மேல் இறங்கச்செய்தால் நலமாக இருக்குமே என்றான்.

ஆனால் மோசே, “நான் இப்போது தலைவன் இல்லை என்று ஜனங்கள் நினைத்துவிடுவார்கள் என்று அஞ்சுகிறாயா? கர்த்தரின் ஜனங்கள் அனைவரும் தீர்க்கதரிசனம் சொல்லவேண்டும் என்று நான் விரும்புகிறேன்! அவர்கள் அனைவர் மேலும் கர்த்தர் தன் பரிசுத்த ஆவியை வைக்க வேண்டும் என்று விரும்புகிறேன்” என்றான்.
