கர்த்தரை நோக்கி நாங்கள் மன்றாடினோம்; அவர் எங்களுக்குச் செவிகொடுத்து, ஒரு தூதனை அனுப்பி, எங்களை எகிப்திலிருந்து புறப்படப்பண்ணினார்; இப்பொழுது நாங்கள் உமது எல்லைக்கு உட்பட்ட காதேஸ் ஊரில் வந்திருக்கிறோம்.

ஆனால் நாங்கள் கர்த்தரிடம் உதவி செய்யுமாறு கேட்டோம். கர்த்தர் எங்கள் குறையைக் கேட்டு தேவதூதனை அனுப்பி உதவினார். கர்த்தர் எங்களை எகிப்தைவிட்டு வெளியே அழைத்து வந்தார். “இப்போது நாங்கள் உங்கள் நாடு தொடங்குகிற காதேசில் இருக்கிறோம்.

நாங்கள் ஆண்டவரை நோக்கி அழுதபோது அவர் எங்கள் குரலைக் கேட்டு எங்களை எகிப்திலிருந்து வெளிக்கொணர ஒரு தூதனை அனுப்பினார்; நாங்கள் இங்கு உமது எல்லையின் ஓரத்திலுள்ள காதேசு நகரில் இருக்கிறோம்.
