பேயோரின் சங்கதியிலும் பேயோரின் நிமித்தம் வாதையுண்டான நாளிலே குத்துண்ட அவர்கள் சகோதரியாகிய கஸ்பி என்னும் மீதியான் பிரபுவினுடைய குமாரத்தியின் சங்கதியிலும், அவர்கள் உங்களுக்குச் செய்த சர்ப்பனைகளினால் உங்களை மோசம்போக்கி நெருக்கினார்களே என்றார்.

பேயோரின் காரியத்திலும் பேயோரினால் வாதை உண்டான நாளிலே குத்தப்பட்ட அவர்களுடைய சகோதரியாகிய கஸ்பி என்னும் மீதியான் பிரபுவினுடைய மகளின் காரியத்திலும், அவர்கள் உங்களுக்குச் செய்த துரோகங்களினால் உங்களை மோசம்போக்கி நெருக்கினார்களே என்றார்.

அவர்கள் ஏற்கெனவே உங்கள் அனைவரையும் பகைக்கின்றனர். பேயோரில் அவர்கள் தந்திரம் செய்தனர். அவர்கள் கஸ்பி என்ற பெண் மூலம் உங்களிடம் தந்திரம் செய்தனர். அவள் மீதியானிய தலைவரின் மகள். ஆனால் இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்களை அழிக்கும் நோய் வந்தபோது அவள் கொல்லப்பட்டாள். ஜனங்கள் தந்திரத்திற்குட்பட்டு பாகால்பேயார் போன்ற பொய்யான தேவர்களை வணங்கியதால் இந்நோய் ஏற்பட்டது” என்றார்.

ஏனெனில், அவர்களும் தங்கள் சூழ்ச்சிகளால் உங்களை ஏமாற்றினார்கள்; இதனால், பெகோரை முன்னிட்டு மிதியான் தலைவனின் மகளாகிய அவர்கள் சகோதரி கோசுபியின் காரியத்திலும் அவர்கள் உங்களைக் கெடுத்து விட்டார்கள். பெகோரை முன்னிட்டு ஏற்பட்ட கொள்ளை நோய்க் காலத்தில் அவள் கொல்லப்பட்டாள்.
