சாகிறதற்கேற்ற குற்றஞ்சுமந்த கொலைபாதகனுடைய ஜீவனுக்காக நீங்கள் மீட்கும்பொருளை வாங்கக் கூடாது; அவன் தப்பாமல் கொலைசெய்யப்படவேண்டும்.

“ஒருவன் கொலைகாரன் என்று முடிவானால், அவன் மரண தண்டனைக்குத் தகுதியாவான். அவனிடம் பணத்தை பெற்றுக்கொண்டு தண்டனையை மாற்ற வேண்டாம். கொலைகாரன் கொல்லப்பட வேண்டும்.
