ஆசாரியனாகிய ஆரோனின் குமாரன் எலெயாசார், விளக்குக்கு எண்ணெயையும், சுகந்த தூபவர்க்கத்தையும், தினந்தோறும் இடும் போஜனபலியையும், அபிஷேக தைலத்தையும், வாசஸ்தலம் முழுவதையும், அதிலுள்ள யாவையும், பரிசுத்தஸ்தலத்தையும் அதின் பணிமுட்டுகளையும், விசாரிக்கக்கடவன் என்றார்.

“ஆசாரியன் ஆரோனின் மகனான எலெயாசார் பரிசுத்தக் கூடாரத்தின் பொறுப்புக்குரியவன். பரிசுத்த இடத்திற்கும், அதிலுள்ள பொருட்களுக்கும் அவனே பொறுப்பானவன். விளக்குக்குரிய எண்ணெய்க்கும், நறுமணப் பொருட்களுக்கும், தினந்தோறும் செலுத்தப்படும் பலிகளுக்கும், அபிஷேக எண்ணெய்க்கும் அவனே பொறுப்பானவன்” என்றார்.

விளக்கிற்கான எண்ணெய், வாசனைத் தூபம், அன்றாட உணவுப் படையல், திருப்பொழிவு எண்ணெய் ஆகியவற்றின் பொறுப்பு குரு ஆரோன் புதல்வன் எலயாசருடையது; திருஉறைவிடம் முழுவதையும், அதிலிருக்கும் அனைத்தையும், தூயகத்தையும் அதிலிருக்கும் பாத்திரங்களையும் அவனே மேற்பார்வை செய்ய வேண்டும்.
