இணை வசனம்

அவர் தமது பரிசுத்தவான்களின் பாதங்களைக் காப்பார்; துன்மார்க்கர் இருளிலே மெளனமாவார்கள்; பெலத்தினால் ஒருவனும் மேற்கொள்வதில்லை.

உன் கால் நடையைச் சீர்தூக்கிப்பார்; உன் வழிகளெல்லாம் நிலைவரப்பட்டிருப்பதாக.

கர்த்தாவே, மனுஷனுடைய வழி அவனாலே ஆகிறதல்லவென்றும், தன் நடைகளை நடத்துவது நடக்கிறவனாலே ஆகிறதல்லவென்றும் அறிவேன்.

மனுஷனுடைய இருதயம் அவனுடைய வழியை யோசிக்கும்; அவனுடைய நடைகளை உறுதிப்படுத்துகிறவரோ கர்த்தர்.

உம்முடைய வார்த்தையிலே என் காலடிகளை நிலைப்படுத்தி, ஒரு அநியாயமும் என்னை ஆளவொட்டாதேயும்.

கர்த்தர் உன் போக்கையும் உன் வரத்தையும் இதுமுதற்கொண்டு என்றைக்குங் காப்பார்.

பயங்கரமான குழியிலும் உளையான சேற்றிலுமிருந்து என்னைத் தூக்கியெடுத்து, என் கால்களைக் கன்மலையின்மேல் நிறுத்தி, என் அடிகளை உறுதிப்படுத்தி,

நீதி அவருக்கு முன்னாகச் சென்று, அவருடைய அடிச்சுவடுகளின் வழியிலே நம்மை நிறுத்தும்.

உன் காலைத் தள்ளாடவொட்டார்; உன்னைக் காக்கிறவர் உறங்கார்.

உமது பிரமாணங்களைக் கைக்கொள்ளும்படி, என் நடைகள் ஸ்திரப்பட்டால் நலமாயிருக்கும்.

அவர் குதிரையின் பலத்தில் விருப்பமாயிரார்; வீரனுடைய கால்களில் பிரியப்படார்.

மேன்மைபாராட்டுகிறவன் பூமியிலே கிருபையையும் நியாயத்தையும் நீதியையும் செய்கிற கர்த்தர் நான் என்று என்னை அறிந்து உணர்ந்திருக்கிறதைக்குறித்தே மேன்மைபாராட்டக்கடவன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்; இவைகளின்மேல் பிரியமாயிருக்கிறேன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.

அன்றியும் நன்மைசெய்யவும், தானதர்மம்பண்ணவும் மறவாதிருங்கள்; இப்படிப்பட்ட பலிகளின்மேல் தேவன் பிரியமாயிருக்கிறார்.

என் கால்கள் அவர் அடிகளைப் பற்றிப்பிடித்தது; அவருடைய நெறியைவிட்டு நான் சாயாமல் அதைக் கைக்கொண்டேன்.

என் காலடிகள் வழுவாதபடிக்கு, என் நடைகளை உமது வழிகளில் ஸ்திரப்படுத்தும்.

மாறுபாடுள்ள இருதயமுடையவர்கள் கர்த்தருக்கு அருவருப்பானவர்கள்; உத்தம மார்க்கத்தாரோ அவருக்குப் பிரியமானவர்கள்.

கள்ளத்தராசு கர்த்தருக்கு அருவருப்பானது; சுமுத்திரையான நிறைகல்லோ அவருக்குப் பிரியம்.
