ஆகிலும், ஆவிகள் உங்களுக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிகிறதற்காக நீங்கள் சந்தோஷப்படாமல், உங்கள் நாமங்கள் பரலோகத்தில் எழுதியிருக்கிறதற்காகச் சந்தோஷப்படுங்கள் என்றார்.

அன்றியும், என் உத்தம கூட்டாளியே, அவர்களுக்கு உதவியாயிருக்கும்படி உன்னையும் வேண்டிக்கொள்கிறேன்; அவர்கள் கிலேமெந்தோடும் மற்ற என் உடன்வேலையாட்களோடுங்கூடச் சுவிசேஷ விஷயத்தில் என்னோடேகூட மிகவும் பிரயாசப்பட்டார்கள், அவர்களுடைய நாமங்கள் ஜீவபுஸ்தகத்தில் இருக்கிறது.

பரலோகத்தில் பேரெழுதியிருக்கிற முதற்பேறானவர்களின் சர்வசங்கமாகிய சபையினிடத்திற்கும், யாவருக்கும் நியாயாதிபதியாகிய தேவனிடத்திற்கும், பூரணமாக்கப்பட்ட நீதிமான்களுடைய ஆவிகளினிடத்திற்கும்,

ஜெயங்கொள்ளுகிறவனெவனோ அவனுக்கு வெண்வஸ்திரம் தரிப்பிக்கப்படும்; ஜீவபுஸ்தகத்திலிருந்து அவனுடைய நாமத்தை நான் கிறுக்கிப்போடாமல், என் பிதா முன்பாகவும் அவருடைய தூதர் முன்பாகவும் அவன் நாமத்தை அறிக்கையிடுவேன்.

உலகத்தோற்றமுதல் அடிக்கப்பட்ட ஆட்டுக்குட்டியினுடைய ஜீவபுஸ்தகத்தில் பேரெழுதப்பட்டிராத பூமியின் குடிகள் யாவரும் அதை வணங்குவார்கள்.

அப்பொழுது ஆண்டவர், சீயோன் குமாரத்திகளின் அழுக்கைக் கழுவி, நியாயத்தின் ஆவியினாலும், சுட்டெரிப்பின் ஆவியினாலும், எருசலேமின் இரத்தப்பழிகளை அதின் நடுவிலிருந்து நீக்கிவிடும்போது,

அதினாலே பூமியிலே தன்னை ஆசீர்வதிக்கிறவன் சத்திய தேவனுக்குள் தன்னை ஆசீர்வதிப்பான்; பூமியிலே ஆணையிடுகிறவன் சத்திய தேவன்பேரில் ஆணையிடுவான்; முந்தின இடுக்கண்கள் மறக்கப்பட்டு, அவைகள் என் கண்களுக்கு மறந்துபோயின.

அப்பொழுது அவர்: இவனுக்கு லோகம்மீ என்னும் பேரிடு; ஏனெனில் நீங்கள் என் ஜனமல்ல, நான் உங்கள் தேவனாயிருப்பதில்லை.

மரித்தோராகிய சிறியோரையும் பெரியோரையும் தேவனுக்கு முன்பாக நிற்கக்கண்டேன்; அப்பொழுது புஸ்தகங்கள் திறக்கப்பட்டன; ஜீவபுஸ்தகம் என்னும் வேறொரு புஸ்தகமும் திறக்கப்பட்டது; அப்பொழுது அந்தப் புஸ்தகங்களில் எழுதப்பட்டவைகளின்படியே மரித்தோர் தங்கள் தங்கள் கிரியைகளுக்குத்தக்கதாக நியாயத்தீர்ப்படைந்தார்கள்.

ஒருவன் இந்தத் தீர்க்கதரிசன புஸ்தகத்தின் வசனங்களிலிருந்து எதையாகிலும் எடுத்துப்போட்டால், ஜீவபுஸ்தகத்திலிருந்தும், பரிசுத்த நகரத்திலிருந்தும் இந்தப் புஸ்தகத்தில் எழுதப்பட்டவைகளிலிருந்தும், அவனுடைய பங்கை தேவன் எடுத்துப்போடுவார்.
