அங்கே இராக்காலமிராது; விளக்கும் சூரியனுடைய வெளிச்சமும் அவர்களுக்கு வேண்டுவதில்லை; தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரே அவர்கள்மேல் பிரகாசிப்பார். அவர்கள் சதாகாலங்களிலும் அரசாளுவார்கள்.

அங்கு மீண்டும் இரவு வராது. அங்குள்ள மக்களுக்கு விளக்கின் ஒளியோ சூரியனின் ஒளியோ தேவைப்படாது. தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரே அவர்களுக்கு வெளிச்சம் தருவார். அவர்கள் அரசர்களைப் போன்று எல்லாக் காலங்களிலும் அரசாளுவர்.

இனி இரவே இராது. விளக்கின் ஒளியோ கதிரவனின் ஒளியோ அவர்களுக்குத் தேவைப்படாது. ஏனெனில், கடவுளாகிய ஆண்டவர் அவர்கள் மீது ஒளி வீசுவார்; அவர்கள் என்றென்றும் ஆட்சிபுரிவார்கள்.
