யூதனென்றும் கிரேக்கனென்றும் வித்தியாசமே இல்லை; எல்லாருக்குங் கர்த்தரானவர் தம்மைத் தொழுதுகொள்ளுகிற யாவருக்கும் ஐசுவரியசம்பன்னராயிருக்கிறார்.

இதில் “எவரும்” என்று குறிப்பிடப்பட்டிருப்பதற்குக் காரணம் உண்டு. அவர்கள் யூதர்களாகவோ, யூதரல்லாதவர்களாகவோ இருக்கலாம். அவர் ஒருவரே அனைவருக்கும் உரிய கர்த்தராவார். தன்னிடம் நம்பிக்கை உள்ள அனைவருக்கும் ஆசீர்வாதம் தருகிறார்.

இதில் யூதர் என்றோ கிரேக்கர் என்றோ வேறுபாடில்லை; அனைவருக்கும் ஆண்டவர் ஒருவரே. அவரை நோக்கி மன்றாடும் யாவருக்கும் அவர் அளவற்ற நலன்களைப் பொழிகிறார்.
