அவர்கள் பெரியவர்களாகுமட்டும் புருஷருக்கு வாழ்க்கைப்படாதபடிக்கு நீங்கள் பொறுத்திருப்பீர்களோ? அது கூடாது; என் மக்களே, கர்த்தருடைய கை எனக்கு விரோதமாயிருக்கிறதினால், உங்கள்நிமித்தம் எனக்கு மிகுந்த விசனம் இருக்கிறது என்றாள்.

அவர்கள் பெரியவர்களாகும்வரை, கணவனுக்கு வாழ்க்கைப்படாமல் நீங்கள் பொறுத்திருப்பீர்களோ? அது முடியாது; என் பிள்ளைகளே, கர்த்தருடைய கை எனக்கு விரோதமாக இருக்கிறதினால், உங்களைக் குறித்து எனக்கு மிகுந்த துக்கம் இருக்கிறது என்றாள்.

அவர்கள் பெரியவர்களாகும் வரையில் நீங்கள் வேறு யாரையும் மணம் செய்து கொள்ளாமல் அவர்களுக்காகக் காத்திருப்பீர்களா? மக்களே, வேண்டாம். ஆண்டவர் என்னைப் பெருந்துன்பத்தில் ஆழ்த்தியுள்ளார். என்னால் உங்களுக்கு நேர்ந்தவற்றிற்காக நான் மிகவும் வருந்துகிறேன்” என்று சொன்னார்.
