ரூத் 4:12
இந்தப் பெண்ணிடத்திலே கர்த்தர் உனக்கு அருளிச்செய்யப்போகிற சந்தானத்தினாலே, உன் வீடு தாமார் யூதாவுக்குப் பெற்ற பேரேசின் வீட்டைப்போல ஆகக்கடவது என்றார்கள்.

தாமார் யூதாவுக்குப் பேரேசை மகனாகப் பெற்றாள். அதனால் அந்தக் குடும்பம் உயர்வு பெற்றது. அதைப்போலவே, ரூத் மூலமாக கர்த்தர் உனக்கு நிறைய பிள்ளைகளைத் தரட்டும். உனது குடும்பமும் அதைப்போலவே, உயர்வைப் பெறட்டும்” என்றனர்.
